The sales team is seeking a new recruit to manage existing relationships with sponsors and exhibitors and to work closely with internal teams to deliver upon and exceed client expectations
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for all partners
- Follow up on all client queries in a timely manner
- Liaise closely with sales, finance, marketing and production teams to ensure smooth delivery of partner requirements
- Ensure adherence to event deadlines and co-ordinate logistics in a meticulous fashion
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience)
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work well and learn quickly in a demanding high pressure environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in excel and database management
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the tech industry
- Experience managing high profile clients
- Ability to work on initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- 1 years experience in client management role
