The sales team is seeking a new recruit to manage existing relationships with sponsors and exhibitors and to work closely with internal teams to deliver upon and exceed client expectations

Responsibilities
  • Act as primary point of contact for all partners
  • Follow up on all client queries in a timely manner
  • Liaise closely with sales, finance, marketing and production teams to ensure smooth delivery of partner requirements
  • Ensure adherence to event deadlines and co-ordinate logistics in a meticulous fashion
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience)
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work well and learn quickly in a demanding high pressure environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in excel and database management
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of the tech industry
  • Experience managing high profile clients
  • Ability to work on initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 1 years experience in client management role
