This year, the ESB Spark of Genius Competition at the Web Summit will see 25 Irish companies battle it out to win the title of Ireland's best startup. Our finalists will come face-to-face with an incredible panel of judges made up of investors, journalists and established entrepreneurs.

Pitch in front of an incredible panel of judges to be crowned Irelands' best startup
Entrants will be judged on the uniqueness of their idea, their level of development thus far, and their potential for future growth. The competition is open to any Irish startup which:
- Has been in operation for less than 3 years and;
- Has received under €1 million in funding to date.
Two rounds of pitching will take place during the event on 30th October, with the grand final playing out on the Main Stage in front of an audience of thousands of leading international startups and technology investors.
