The Web Summit is held on the 30th and 31st of October 2013.

What does my ticket entitle me to?

Your ticket entitles you to entry to the Web Summit on October 30th and 31st as well as access to Web Summit x Night. For any ticket enquires call +353 1 406 8051.

I have been accepted for the ALPHA program, when will I find out the day I am exhibiting?

You will be notified in the coming weeks. For any queries about the ALPHA program please contact your nominated ALPHA contact who made first contact with you.

What size are the ALPHA exhibition stands?

The dimensions of ALPHA exhibition stands are 1m wide x 2.4m high.

I have been accepted for the ALPHA program but had previously purchased tickets for the Web Summit, can I get a refund?

You can have your original tickets refunded or they can be transferred to somebody else.

I've already registered for the Web Summit but can only attend the first day, can I give my wristband to a colleague for the second day?

No, you can only transfer a ticket up to 8 working days before the Web Summit, i.e. up to Friday 18th October 2013. Tickets cannot be transferred once the conference has begun.

I've already registered for the Web Summit but can no longer attend, who do I contact for a refund?

Unfortunately, tickets for the Web Summit are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to some else up to five days before the event.
