You can have your original tickets refunded or they can be transferred to somebody else.
No, you can only transfer a ticket up to 8 working days before the Web Summit, i.e. up to Friday 18th October 2013. Tickets cannot be transferred once the conference has begun.
Unfortunately, tickets for the Web Summit are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to some else up to five days before the event.
