Our Partnerships team is looking for an energetic, methodical and self motivated candidate with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. The successful candidate will provide support to the Partnerships team in order to ensure that all of our corporate clients get the best possible service. The candidate will work under the supervision of the Partnerships Head.

Responsibilities
  • Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
  • Creates and revises systems and procedures by analysing operating practices, record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
  • Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Acts as a liaison between the Partnerships and Finance teams.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritise, plan, and organize the Partnerships team activity.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and capable of seeking additional opportunities.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles.
  • Interest in developing corporate partnerships.
