Our marketing team is looking for a highly analytical, numbers and stats driven individual to manage, analyse, and interpret our marketing and sales data. The position will involve using data from our previous events to make predictions and suggestions for how future events can expand.

Responsibilities
  • Perform large-scale statistical research, analysis, and modeling in the areas of online advertising, social media, and attendee marketing
  • Research new analytical methods and tools for optimizing the customer experience
  • Manage attendee and newsletter databases
Minimum Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Training in statistical methods & packages (e.g. R)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters Degree a plus
  • 2+ years experience analysing data sets and constructing statistical models
  • Ability to present data visually
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Self-initiative: ability to recommend, implement, and demonstrate own suggestions for how marketing strategy can be improved
  • Experience with SQL
